Job Description:
Maintains overall responsibility for managing the performance of administration support staff.
Sets relevant objectives in order to measure performance
Regular reviews with administration team
Manages time efficiently with the ability to prioritise
Maintains a close watch on people performance amp; process
Gives clear direction using a range of personal skills with which to motivate people
Demonstrates genuine interest in the development of other staff members
Ensures that terminations are kept to a minimum by dealing with all client queries
Ensures costs are kept minimal by keeping control of petty cash, stationery, general items, etc.
Takes responsibility for Health amp; Safety awareness within the operations centre
Requirements
Diploma or bachelor degree
3 - 10 years related experience
Full proficiency in English.
Good in Excel amp; MS office. ( Good in typing by Arabic amp; English )
Ready to work under pressure.
