Oversee all commercial aspects across the Automotive amp; Motorsports function with a focus on maximizing financial performance and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for the commercial strategy to include sales, marketing, business and product development, event management and sponsorship generation.
- Pamp;L responsibility, including development of budgets, implementation amp; management of KPIs and ongoing analysis of the commercial aspects of the Automotive amp; Motorsports business actual performance versus budget.
- Manage event promoter relationships including F1 and secure other key events.
- Identify, secure and develop strong commercial relationships with external partners to drive revenue whilst promoting the Qiddiya brand as a key player in the marketplace - naming rights prospects, licensing and partnership agreements.
- Establish and manage Automotive amp; Motorsports shared services including sales, marketing, merchandise and Famp;B that support the subsidiary business units.
- Deliver a unique and class leading customer experience at the point of delivery, before and after it.
- Provide leadership, measurable objectives, and ongoing management of staff. Develop and implement a culture of commercial focus throughout the entire team.
- Work in close liaison with VP Operations - Automotive amp; Motorsports and other Qiddiya department heads to ensure a fully coordinated approach. Liaison with Qiddiya Shared Services departments.

Years of Experience
Director-level experience gained within sporting venues and MICE market - a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar environment, at least three of which at a senior level.
