A filed engineer will provide on-site end-user support, installation, maintenance, and repairs to a wide variety of systems, Hardware, and cabling at all locations within the assigned work region.
Requirements
- Traveling to client’s office location.
- Installing new hardware, and software systems
- Resolve incidents and service request timely (within SLA)
- Make sure that Customers are satisfied with the service provided
- Resolving the tickets at first call
- Avoid rework and minimize multiple visits to the branch for the same problem
- Resolve issues amp; implements changes as assigned
- To respond to the issues and Escalations from the users
- Providing proactive solutions for any recurring incidents
- Making good relationship with the end user and make sure that no escalation / issues arises during the support
- Perform Preventive Maintenance activities as scheduled
Attend Incidents / Work orders for Hardware troubleshoot, Hardware installation, Hardware Movements, Network connectivity, IP telephones issues, and if required coordinate with concerned team and follow up till closure and provide EOD report to Field Support Lead
