Job Description

We are looking for IT recruiter with proven work experience in recruitment, ideally as a Technical Recruiter join our HCM department and manage our full-cycle recruiting processes. Internal Recruiter responsibilities include identifying current and future hiring needs, advertising job openings online and designing employee referral programs. To be successful in this role, you should have an HR academic background along with work experience in sourcing, interviewing and evaluating candidates. Ultimately, you will help us build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience.




Requirements

  • Search for job candidates using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, media advertisements or employee referrals.
  • Review applications and resumes to determine which candidates would benefit the company the most
  • Create written reports that detail candidate advantages and disadvantages, along with recommendations for which to hire
  • Interview candidates, gathering information about their abilities, qualifications and skills.
  • Develop job descriptions and job postings to entice and attract the most talented professionals.
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends in order to form strategic conversations with clients on future hiring needs
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Writing and posting technical job advertisements and descriptions
  • Parsing specialized qualifications and skills for screening IT resumes.
  • A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
  • Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
  • Proven work experience in recruitment - ideally as a Technical Recruiter
  • 2 years IT or Tech recruitment experience in a 360 agency role.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Technical knowledge to be able to talk to job prospects and understand qualifications.
