Job Description

MENA's retail industry is changing, with E-commerce sales representing 3% of the retail sales in 2020! Online customers are ordering more and more and they are expecting their orders to be delivered between 2 - 48 hours! Retailers with the best delivery options and logistical capabilities are driving more sales, better retention and achieve higher levels of customer satisfaction, and at the same time, lower their costs. How can this be done? By using OTO!

OTO is a logis-tech company helping retailers ship their online orders directly from their physical store/warehouses with the best delivery options and rates, as fast as 2 hours! With over 80 delivery company integrations, that retailers can choose from, OTO is considered the largest integration for delivery services in MENA.

We are now looking to further develop our business relationships with our existing last mile delivery partners and where possible add new delivery companies and delivery services to our portfolio.

What would you be doing?

  • Providing a commercially focused sales and account management service to our delivery partners
  • Providing a clear and concise communication channel with the delivery companies ensuring clarity of understanding in the work that OTO is engaged in
  • Working to prioritize the delivery company commercial development opportunities
  • Securing targeted commercial opportunities with existing delivery companies
  • Signing up new delivery companies looking to join the OTO platform and managing the integration of targeted delivery companies who are joining the OTO platform with our Integration Team
  • Create and manage a dashboard view of delivery companies development activity and manage priorities and where appropriate escalate to decision makers.
  • Develop, plan and complete execution of the delivery companies campaigns to monetize commercial opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships and communication channels with other departments within OTO with particular focus on delivery companies campaign execution
  • Maintaining accurate incoming requests, call notes, sales leads and quotations in HubSpot CRM
  • Ensuring all contracts are signed and filed in a timely fashion
  • Documenting key contacts within the delivery company base for Operations, Commercial, Marketing and IT
  • Be a key influencer for our effective working relationships with delivery companies, promoting the OTO brand values with delivery companies, safeguarding amp; enhancing our reputation for product and service excellence


Requirements

Who are you?

  • University degree educated or equivalent education
  • Sales/Business Development/Account Management with experience in SaaS and E-Commerce solutions
  • Proven experience in multi-level selling
  • A high achiever with a proven track record of achievement against target
  • A 3-5 years enterprise sales experience
  • Can do mentality - Effective at solving problems, not just defining them
  • Creative thinker Effective in finding ways to progress sales cycles to closure
  • Strong networker - Develops and maintains relationships to help attain goals
  • Well organized able to process multiple opportunities concurrently and maintain good administration
  • Experience of managing and developing client facing relationships
  • Excellent communicator both internally and externally
  • A self-starter with high energy levels
  • Articulate - Expresses oneself clearly in written or oral communication
  • Have the drive/motivation to win and go the extra mile
