Job Description
Responsibilities- Pre-Sales
- Delivering technology awareness sessions and presentation internally and externally - specifically Nintex, Process Automation and Portal Solutions
- Working closely with customers to understand and capture requirements. Helping them in building Technology Road Map
- Delivering and running Assessment Sessions for customer environments
- Helping in Pre Sales by Architecting the Solution and building technical proposal
- Working closely with the Sales Team on proposals and pitches for business.
- Attending meetings with Sales Team, presenting solutions, demos and acting as a technical expert.
- Putting together business use cases for the Sales Team to support their proposals.
- Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.
- Ensuring that the provided solutions can deliver on the customer's requirements.
- Working closely with customers to understand and capture requirements.
- Replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests.
- Presenting proposals to customers alongside members of the Sales Team.
- Providing ongoing support for customers post implementation.
- Producing detailed costings for customers and ensuring the contract is profitable.
- Deliver use case centric solution demonstrations to business and technical audiences.
- Demonstrate customized solutions POC at partner events, trade shows and conferences.
- Portfolio amp; Vendors
- Contribute in enhancing and enriching Microsoft Business Solution Unit Portfolio by bringing new ideas amp; practices.
- Building and maintaining relation with some Solutions vendors such as Nintex, Microsoft
- Business Development
- Helping in Business development for MS Business Solution unit by creating new creative and attractive ideas for customers for improving their business and Helping customer in digital transformation Journey .
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering Of Computer, Computer Science or any equivalent
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Pre-Sales
- Experience in Microsoft SharePoint 2010, 2013 and 2016, Nintex, SQL, ASP.Net and Office 365 (SharePoint Online)
- Intensive Hands on Skills in SharePoint, Process Automation, ASP.Net
- General Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Office 365
- Excellent knowledge on Microsoft software stack and Microsoft related technologies
- Able to work independently
- Experience in KSA Market
- Iqama Transferable is must
- Very Good in English Speaking and Writing
- Very Good presentation and communication skills
- Self-Motivated and Willing to learn
