Assist in overseeing landscaping activities for the Water Theme Park in close collaboration with third-party design vendors to ensure successful delivery of all projects.
- Assist in overseeing landscape drawings, irrigation plans, site analysis, concept designs, final designs and construction details to ensure compliance with approved themes, specifications local codes, and budget.
- Provide all necessary on-site direction and assist in issuing site instructions for landscaping, irrigation and associated items.
- Prepare formal responses to contracted landscaping design companies’ clarification inquiries regarding architectural matters including but not limited to materials and items selection and specifications in order to confirm compliance with tender specifications and project requirements.
- Check and measure the performed work and maintain records of different contracts, the details of the project, cost, budget and schedule details and day-to-day progress reports.
- Participate in managing the relationship with contracted third-party landscaping design companies and key stakeholders to ensure smooth cooperation.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure a smooth handover of landscape assets on completion of works.
- Participate in the review of construction phase documentation, ensure the correctness and completeness of ‘as-built’ drawings.
- Inform the Development Director of any potential delays in the project completion or milestones.
- Ensure the design and construction is in accordance with the Design intent as per the signed-off creative concept design.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and Landscape Architecture or related field
4-6 preferred total years of relevant experience
