1. Develop, execute and administer contracts agreements and communicate with suppliers to proper delivery of required services and meet business needs.
2. Coordinate corporate review activities to review bid solicitation packages or determine contract agreements award after bids have been solicited while serving as a primary agent in expediting contract agreements through the corporate review proceedings.
3. Communicate with scope owners to assist and/or guide them in the preparation of purchase requisitions and prepare and organize assigned contracts sponsored meetings.
4. Support scope owners in the development of suppliers’ lists, suppliers’ prequalification, development of forms and requests for proposals.
5. Prepare bid invitation letters to suppliers, conduct job explanation meetings, receive and handle the bids.
6. Review bid tabulations for accuracy, supplier recommendation, completeness and selection of suppliers and ensure all commitments made are accurately presented and have proper approval and signing authorities, as contained in the Procurement Procedures.
7. Support the scope owner in negotiations of contract commitments following the review and approval of negotiations output.
8. Support contracts management through the implementation of a sourcing strategy to enable merchandize and services to be delivered on time, at the right price according to set quality standards.
9. Ensure that all procurement activities comply with the set Qiddiya procurement policies and procedures.
10. Coordinate with all departments and provide consultations on operational activities affecting contractual rights and obligations, contract performance, claim management, contract administration and other major matters.
11. Develop frequent and periodic accurate and high-quality reports and ensure complete documentation of procurement activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or related field
Holding one of the following certifications is preferred:
2-4 Preferred total years of experience
