Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Responsibilities include:

  • Support in the development of the Automotive amp; Motorsports strategy to achieve QOC’s strategic objectives.
  • Participate in the development and enforce the implementation of Automotive amp; Motorsports policies, processes, procedures and controls.
  • Assist in the development of Automotive amp; Motorsports budget in alignment with the organization budgetary requirements to allow effective delivery of desired objectives.
  • Seek to secure deals that deliver on both brand and revenue objectives by building a customer base on a local, national and international basis to expose and promote Qiddiya.
  • Manage the relationship with new and existing partners and sponsors through regular communications through private and public events aimed at discussing future initiatives and plans.
  • Tailor partnership and sponsorship proposals to requirements of each company dependent on their strategic agendas.
  • Develop high level sales presentations and sales materials to present partnership and sponsorship opportunities to key decision makers in targeted companies.
  • Implement best practice sales processes and ongoing management from initiation until the closure.
  • Develop a digital ecommerce platform to create and drive additional sponsorship and revenue generating opportunities.
  • Ensure commercial and legal terms for each partnership and/or sponsorship contract are appropriately defined and negotiated.
  • Develop and maintain a database of prospective partners and sponsors in order to ensure timely and efficient retrieval of information when required.
  • Secure event assets and consumables sponsorship income and proactively identify new sponsorship sales opportunities with target companies.

Required Skills amp; Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
  • Minimum of nine (9) years’ of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience of sponsorship amp; partnership development / evaluation within a large-scale sporting / public event venue environment
  • Proven record of leadership and team development, working with staff across a diverse amp; complex variety of disciplines - highly focused on staff and customer satisfaction.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, influencing and motivation skills.
  • Industry experience from a company within a similar market
  • Confident with speaking to senior stakeholders
