Job Description:
Ensure all invoices are allocated correctly to each Sales Executive / Manager
Ensure that all payments collected from customer are logged / tracked correctly
Ensure client requests to terminate or for information are routed to the relevant member of staff to deal with them as they are received
Enters sales activity / pipeline information from the Sales Executive to the regional tracker
Dealing with incoming sales/retention related telephone, email or post enquires
Processing on any sales paperwork jobs, service additions/deletions onto the system.
Update daily KPI figures on the shared drive
Re-allocation of sales areas to cover absence and holidays
Ensure that Leads are allocated and administered
Dealing with incoming account queries and pass onto the relevant person to deal with
Ensuring client request for information are routed to the relevant member of staff to deal with them as they are received
Raise and process credits once approved by the Regional Manager
Ensure iCABS is up to date with the correct customer information and specification
Send out renewal notices to customers in advance of expiry dates
Provide information and post forms to the field teams as and when requested
Adhoc duties as and when required to support the Regional Manager / Sales Executives
