• Perform routine as well as non-routine evaluation of raw materials, intermediate and final products.
• Familiar with standard analytical lab equipment usage in sugar industry.
• Implement development method and validation protocols.
• Conduct laboratory evaluation of samples.
• Update and calibrate lab analysis instruments.
• Comply with standard procedures and quality control to improve products.
• Chemical amp; reagent preparation amp; it’s standardization .
Compile and record data for documentation needed for testing and reports preparation.
• Record data on computer/SAP following standard operating methods
