Job Description

  • Manage day to day HR operational activities.
  • Managing payroll and personnel functions.
  • Providing professional solutions on all aspects of HR to all Departments’ Heads in the company.
  • Interpreting and ensuring all employment activities of the business comply with the local MOL and local laws.
  • Developing and executing HR Operations policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the Human Resources information system and monitoring the timely update of personnel records.
  • Ensure that all HR services relating to the employees are delivered in an outstanding standard and with the relevant Organizational expectation to facilitate a customer oriented environment and culture
  • Investigating and auditing personnel problems and performance.
  • Give proper recommendations and building implementations up to match the company’s goals.
  • Detecting and handling employee complaints, or delegating issues to subordinates, while ensuring proper follow ups
  • Managing evaluations and promotion procedures and assure the justice and reasonability of the results.
  • Meeting with departments’ heads and coordinating various HR issues.
  • Building and maintaining a cooperative network with relevant internal and external partners.
  • Lead all government relations requirements
  • Liaise with Government bodies and build relationships with key government stakeholders to ensure that the all government related needs are facilitated efficiently
  • Manage all visa related requirements, transfers, and exists and reentries
  • Oversees the preparation of all talent acquisition materials (e.g. brochures, website advertisements, application forms, etc.) to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Screens application forms, shortlist applicants, and conduct selection processes including interviews and tests
  • Oversees the communication with Universities and colleges to discuss future fresh graduate hiring needs
  • Supervises the needed career fares locally and internationally to source the best Saudi fresh graduates
  • Stays abreast of current employment legislations and ensure that line managers are effectively briefed on any relevant changes
  • Manages all sourcing channels and HR Marketing and Branding Platforms
  • Develop the Division’s functional strategy in line with the Organizational strategy to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal incorporation with other interfacing functional strategies across
  • Direct the Development of the daily work plans and initiatives in line with the functional strategy
  • Establish a process for setting targets and goals, and authenticate the Division’s scorecard and KPIs
  • Support business goals by ensuring adherence to OPEX and CAPEX allocated in the Division’s yearly budget
  • Develop and supervise key businesses, financial risk management operations, and mitigation tactics within the Division
  • Ensure stakeholder readiness by providing training, workshops, customer and supplier communications and any support needed for all changes within their respective field
  • Ensure that the Divisions involved in the change initiative are prepared for all changes required to ensure sustained morale levels and minimal impact on the culture
  • Review all change issues and provide recommendations on proper initiatives in order to ensure creating a vibrant work environment
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with the key Stakeholders internally and externally
  • Act as the representative with local and international concerned stakeholders
  • Lead and guide project management teams in planning and organizing divisional and organizational projects for their respective Division
  • Direct and control projects to ensure that project cycles are completed and parameters (cost budget, timelines, scope, and quality) are met, monitored, and in line with the required quality and standards
  • Lead initiatives and growth projects aligning corporate departments for seamless execution
  • Ensure the documentation and implementation of policies, procedures, and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order to achieve operational excellence
  • Monitor daily practices to guarantee compliance with mandatory policies and procedures
  • Ensure the Divisional compliance with the Code of Conduct to ensure operating within the acceptable risk and ethical levels
