The maintenance Technician is responsible for the Total Maintenance of the stores operated by Americana in KSA, He will have to look after Hard amp; Soft services for example Kitchen Equipment, MEP, Pest Control, Fire Protection Systems etc. and to ensure all the Stores are efficiently maintained in a cost-effective manner and implement Americana Group standards amp; values.
Requirements
Education: Technical Diploma / Training.
Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 5 years in general maintenance.
Job-Specific Skills: Strong hands on experience on Kitchen Equipment, MEP, plus have a very good knowledge of KSA market in terms of service providers, and Suppliers.
Language Skills: Must be able to Communicate in English have excellent written and oral English-speaking capabilities. Arabic is a big advantage.
IT Skills: good knowledge of MS office skills and able to use computer.
