Job Summary:Sales representatives are the principal point of contact between Nana and new leads. Sales reps ensure new partners have the right onboarding process from contracting till activation in Nana app, identify new leads, and pitch prospective customers. Sales representatives should ensure partner satisfaction from answering phones calls, fixing the issues related to the partner, all while maintaining good partner relation and pursuing new sales opportunities.Duties and Responsibilities:· Identifying amp; contracting with new leads based on key account manager and category manager guidelines.· Monitor a good relationship with the partners in term on device maintenance and connection.· Providing the partners data based on the content, finance, and operation teams guidelines to ensure smooth and fast onboarding. · Submitting Nana Credit Line (CL) devices to the branches that will be activate from the partner. · Ensure full understanding from the partner side of how to use the CL and provide technical support in case there is an issue in the CL devices. Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of sales experience.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-motivated.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
