Duties and Responsibilities:
Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
Structuring compensation and benefit packages.
Managing staff wellness initiatives.
Improving relations between staff and employers.
Evaluating staffing needs.
Overseeing recruitment efforts.
Managing and allocating HR funds.
Engaging with heads of department.
Support the company brand, vision and values to ensure staff feel part of the company.
Lead on and develop an employee communication strategy.
Supports design and administration components for employee engagement surveys, analyzes information, and identifies workplace improvement needs.
Maintain employee engagement programs and initiatives that support organizational goals and culture.
Research and communicate with vendors and other departments to build employee engagement initiatives.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned by Head of People.
Job Specifications Requirements:
Min 4 Years’ experience in various HR functions.
Bachelor’s degree in Human resources or any relevant field of education.
Professional certification would be a plus.
Positive can do attitude.
People oriented.
Marvelous communication skills
Previous experience on (Performance management systems) is a plus
