Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
  • Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
  • Structuring compensation and benefit packages.
  • Managing staff wellness initiatives.
  • Improving relations between staff and employers.
  • Evaluating staffing needs.
  • Overseeing recruitment efforts.
  • Managing and allocating HR funds.
  • Engaging with heads of department.
  • Support the company brand, vision and values to ensure staff feel part of the company.
  • Lead on and develop an employee communication strategy.
  • Supports design and administration components for employee engagement surveys, analyzes information, and identifies workplace improvement needs.
  • Maintain employee engagement programs and initiatives that support organizational goals and culture.
  • Research and communicate with vendors and other departments to build employee engagement initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned by Head of People.
Job Specifications Requirements:
  • Min 4 Years’ experience in various HR functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human resources or any relevant field of education.
  • Professional certification would be a plus.
  • Positive can do attitude.
  • People oriented.
  • Marvelous communication skills
  • Previous experience on (Performance management systems) is a plus
