Individuals are responsible for all aspects of customer service from information inquiries, quotation process, product ordering, product shipment and performing a supervisory role when the Customer Service Manager is out of the office.Responsibilities
  • Telephone Sales.Coordination and process of quotation information.
  • All aspects of customer supportOrder coordination with - outside sales, service, manufacturing, QC, scheduling and shipping Coordination of shipping.
  • Follow up regarding order process, order shipping, order invoicing and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist Customer Service Manager as required and assume duties in absence of Customer Service Manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Computer literacy: Microsoft Office, Spreadsheets and Database software.Ability to read site plan drawings and provide a bill of material take-offs would be beneficial.High school math level and comprehension skills.Ability to communicate verbally or in written form effectively with customers and co-workers.Good organizational and follow-up skills.Outgoing and pleasant personality when dealing with customers either via the telephone or in person.
