As a Data Entry Clerk at Kitopi, you are mainly responsible for administration and management of our inventories within our kitchens and warehouse. You will manage item transfers and replacements, wastage postings, brand onboarding related ground work, and recipe audits.
What You'll Do
Highlight the daily inventory issues in our Satellite Kitchens, Central Kitchen, and warehouse.
Make sure all purchase orders issues by any cost center are closed max by the end of the week.
Make sure all Satellite Kitchens are duly receiving their transfer orders, managing inventory and posting wastages.
Assist team and meeting the brand onboarding timelines by doing the ground work required.
Audit recipes while the brand tasting sessions are being conducted
Make sure JIRA processes are followed for every new brand onboarding, item replacing, new item creation, helpdesk.
