What You’ll Do
Manage and grow an individual book of business with high profile F&B brands
Nourish individual relationships with client partners
Run weekly thorough sales and operational check-ins and performance assessment sessions
Develop thorough plans to increase brand awareness, sales, customer acquisition, retention and ratings
Implement data-driven discounts strategy and develop marketing campaign plans both on the food delivery aggregators and off the aggregators (social media)
Provide product development and product support in order to establish proper channels of information and communication
Manage projects and serve as brand ambassador between kitchen managers, supply chain, chefs, marketing and tech/product to ensure there’s a smooth flow between our kitchens and delivery aggregators
Manage the brand’s end-to-end on-boarding process in the Kitopi’s ecosystem
Be the project manager and lead operator between internal and external partners like supply chain, procurement, chefs and kitchen operations, marketing, CX, tech/product account management, and food delivery aggregators
Ensure the brands complete the required setup efficiently, thoroughly, and in a timely manner
What Are We Looking For?
A minimum of two ( 2 ) years of experience within the food industry , ideally with a Growth mindset
You must have a passion for Food & Beverage and monitoring market trends
Experience with sales in catering is a must
