You will be working as HUB Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Leader at Global Grade 13 and will be you will be reporting to HUB Planning & Fulfillment Manager, Energy Distribution. You will be responsible for driving our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to a next level and connecting it with the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process. You will be aiming towards implementing, improving and facilitating the Sales & Operations Planning processes related to the HUB organization for enabling Demand-Supply-Balancing. You will also be accountable for engaging stakeholders and providing a process design ready to use and deploy and will have strong implementation governance and clear definition of process-responsibilities.

Your responsibilities

Leading and coordinating unit-specific and cross-unit projects aimed at improving planning and fulfillment metrics such as On Time Delivery, Inventory Turns, Lead Time and Plan Accuracy.

Designing and implementing the S&OP related process from HUB perspective.

Managing stakeholders and defining of roles and responsibilities within the S&OP process.

Governing the monthly HUB planning drumbeat, related KPI and reporting.

Focusing on further development of the S&OE process and connecting S&OE and S&OP process.

Facilitating on the planning drumbeat, related reviews and approvals for improving the Demand-Supply balancing and taking actions.

Identifying and managing projects for driving the internal planning and disposition process to a next level using the strength of SAP MM and PP next to an add on Planning Tool.

Performing standard and ad hoc analyses related to S&OP and S&OE metrics such as plan accuracy, on time delivery, including identification of key root causes for non-performance and identify / drive related improvement initiatives.

Acting as “subject matter expert” for S&OP and S&OE, establishing and sharing best practices along with conducting cross-unit process assessments and benchmarking.

Building-up competencies within the organization by training and coaching of the Planning & Fulfillment community.

Facilitating fit-gap analyses of IS tools, assisting with deployment of standard IS solutions for Planning & Fulfillment and providing professional support for users.

Job Specification

Your background

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent.

More than 5 years working experience in SCM or Planning & Fulfillment.

Proven track record of improving Planning & Fulfillment, especially in the area of Sales & Operations planning implementation and improvement.

Strong expertise in the Planning & Fulfillment domains of Planning and Disposition, Sales & Operations Planning and Execution.

Advanced and senior knowledge in SAP (Modules like MM, PP, WM)

Further knowledge in advanced Planning Tools (SAP APO, Jda, Anaplan or others) is an advantage.

Experience in application of Project Management and Lean/Six Sigma methodology.

Strong leadership capabilities across team boundaries and with limited formal authority.

Customer focus and actions oriented with a systematic and structured approach.

Cultural awareness and ability to work within a global organization.

Strong communication skills in English, next to solid consulting and facilitating skills.
