Description
Perform accurate diagnosis and effective repairs on vehicles, machinery, and equipment
Commission and deliver machines and carry out machine familiarization
Carry out periodic maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and equipment
Operate lifts, tools, and related workshop equipment
Undertake computer-based Self Learning and Instructor-led training for product awareness
Drive vehicles safely inside the workshop and follow workshop health & safety, ISO regulations, and company policy and procedures

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Apprentice, ITI, Diploma
Minimum Experience:
3 years in a relevant position
Job-Specific Skills:
Understanding of Electrical principles and systems
Understanding of Hydraulic Principles and systems
Understanding of Diesel Engine principles
Understanding of Warranty Terms and Conditions
Understanding of filters and lubricants
Behavioral Competencies :
Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
Must have a good command of the English Language
Basic Computer skills
Good customer relationships
