Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!

As the Distributers/ Resellers Account Manager for HVAC field devices (esp. valves & actuators, thermostats and damper actuators) you are responsible for development and managing the Partner Business Sales strategy for Saudi Arabia. You will also be a key member of the management team at the BP organization level.

And responsible for ensuring that the department attains its sales quotas while maintaining or exceeding booking gross margin objectives.

  • Develop the distribution network for HVAC field devices (esp. valves & actuators, thermostats and damper actuators) in KSA
  • Support distributors in estimation (e.g. valve sizing, thermostat selection) and technical compliance statements
  • Define sales strategies, customer action plans for Distributors /Resellers.
  • Lead the achievement of the Transactional sales Targets.
  • Lead, manage, supervise, develop and motivate the sales team and channel management
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through providing the necessary support and services
  • Manage with the finance team the financial impacts & dues of assigned customers.
  • Contribute in the commercial policy definition for Official distributors.
  • Plan and Implement Sell in and Sell Out plan for the BU.
  • Develop 2nd tier of network for Pull actions along with quarter follow up on their performance with OD’s.
  • Continually monitor, manage, and report sales pipeline, orders forecast.
  • Actively participate in marketplace activities /events and business development efforts.
  • Oversee the assignment and platforming of sales accounts (Direct and Indirect)
  • Keeps abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
    • Prepares performance evaluations and set channel sales goals.

Job Specification

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!

  • Five years of equivalent work experience
  • Bcs of Mechanical /Electrical engineering
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC is a must. Experience in HVAC-field preferred
