Today, Siemens Mobility in Saudi Arabia is looking to hire an experienced Integration, T&C Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The position holder will be reporting to the TS Delivery Director and Deputy Project Director..
What are my responsibilities ?
Creating plans for the validation and system test procedures including Testing & Commissioning Strategies
Creating plans and coordination of specific tests for each Segment or Partner on site and/or on test tracks
Responsible for the managing system tests and other testing activities
Set up the T&C program, progress and associated reporting
Responsible for coordination of system tests making sure each Segment or Partner provides the staff to intervene on his own software / hardware
Creating and assigning action plans corresponding to system malfunctions (Managing NCR and regression tests)
Follow-up of NCR from factory tests of each Segment or Partner until the resolution of all malfunctions
Follow-up system test phase configuration on site and/or on test track. Liaise with customers and contractors, under the authority of the Project Director, regarding test systems on site and / or on test tracks.
Make sure that EHS targets are maintain to a very high standard, especially during energization and dynamic testing .
Job Specification
What do I need to qualify for this job ?
Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering from reputable university or College
Broad Knowledge of railway systems, operating requirements, available equipment and
Broad knowledge of the technical management tools, calculation and simulation methods.
Capacity to work in Team, Critical Faculty, Analysis / Syntheses.
Leadership, initiative and decision minded
Team spirit approach and good communication skills
Strong computer knowledge, mainly in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willing to learn company-specific software if required
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Team-oriented, proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills
