Position Description:
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing Communication Division of the Corporate Communication Department.
The Marketing Communication Division is responsible for the corporate brand portfolio, including brand identity, brand strategy, creating, production, campaigns, and exhibit execution. We provide strategic marketing expertise to internal business units while guiding our corporate brand activities.
The Senior Marketing Specialist’s primary role is to lead the global brand team and is responsible for management of the Aramco brand.
Minimum Requirements:
As the successful candidate you will hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related degree from a recognized and accredited university. An advanced degree is preferred.
You will have 15 years of experience in brand management, from both the agency and client side, including at least five years in brand strategy.
You will have worked as a Brand Manager with global responsibilities for a Fortune 500 multi-brand portfolio.
Industrial/B2B brand experience is preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The candidate will report to the Supervisor, Brand Strategy
You will be required to perform the following:
Lead a team of brand portfolio leads with responsibility for management of the Aramco brand.
Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, including the portfolio architecture, the positioning, creation, and development of promotional collateral, competitor and customer insights analysis.
Ensure alignment with the business to support commercial objectives.
Deliver services by other brand managers.
Development and team management.
Administrative leadership of the function.
