Position Description:
Seeking an experienced Joint Venture Management professional to join Drilling & Workover (D&WO) Joint Ventures Coordination team under Upstream JV Management Department.
The incumbent will perform the broad spectrum of joint venture management tasks for upstream services. The primary function is the responsibility to oversee and coordinate drilling joint venture activities related to rig operations, and ensure the required business support in various areas including board and governance matters provided to the joint ventures.
Minimum Requirements:
The successful candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering or any other discipline of engineering.
Minimum of 10 years joint venture management experience required. Preferably, 5+ years of this experience will be in the Oil & Gas value chain.
Performed this function previously within an International Oil Company (IOC) or National Oil Company (NOC).
Previous experience in JV agreements administration, coordination and management is of high importance.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The role performs the following:
Oversee and coordinate board and governance matters including preparation of agenda, review and analysis of board materials, briefings, recommendation and actions for resolutions.
Act as primary contact point between the JV companies and all Saudi Aramco organizations and ensure effective communication protocol between stakeholders.
Monitor and provide guidance on JV business including corporate governance, commercial terms and various contractual and JV agreements in collaboration with other teams (Finance, HR, Technical Performance and HSE).
Organize and coordinate workshops related to JV operations including technical performance, HSE, commercial and legal matters between stakeholders.
Monitor and provide support services on JV capital projects and coordinate required approvals in accordance with the shareholders policies and guidelines.
