Job Description

Position Description:
We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to work under Northern Area Gas Producing Department serving Karan, Arabiyah and Hasbah offshore gas facilities in the Eastern Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The incumbent is responsible for all planned/scheduled repairs or maintenance of plant(s) equipment. You will supervise and give work direction to approximately 10 high skilled craftsmen organized into craft crews who perform a variety of work on the different types of critical plant equipment.

Minimum Requirements:
The successful candidate should hold a formal training and certifications related to the job:
Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician (CMRT).
API certifications
Registration and accreditation with acknowledged institutions and societies.

Minimum of 15 years maintenance experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 4 years in high-pressure sour gas offshore fields with an operating company.

Experience in maintenance of Hydraulic Power System (PROSERVE) , Valves (High Pressure Rating), High Pressure Pumps (LEWA), Centrifugal Pumps, HVAC, Air Conditioning Units, Compressors, Choke Valves (Cameron, CCI), HIPPS Valves (CCI), Mono Rail Cranes, Pedestal Cranes and X'mas Trees.

Safety oriented mindset and have worked in safety conscious work environment.

Job Specification

Duties & Responsibilities:
You are expected to be able to perform the following:

Perform very highly skilled installation, maintenance, and repair of facility mechanical, instrument and electrical items.

Direct and organize contract personnel involved on T&Is and shutdowns.

Organize and coordinate work assignments and activities of field technicians and lower classified craftsmen, considering maintenance schedules and operational priorities.

Maintain follow-up of work in progress to assess future manpower materials and equipment requirements.

Conduct on-the-job training and mentoring of field technicians, and maintain records of their work accomplishments.

Ensure all personnel have valid and current work permits and required certifications.
