Job Description
This role work closely with management to determine business strategy and product definition/delivery. You will need to thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and dynamic business environment – operating at all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with management and use a combination of outstanding analytical skills, cross-functional understanding, business judgment, and strategic thinking to implement programs that expand reach of Amazon products across different countries. You will work closely with many partners such as business development, solutions architects, finance, engineering, tax, accounting, and legal to ensure customers have access to a world class experience. The ideal candidate will possess superior oral and written (Arabic and English) communication skills with an innate attention to detail as well as the technical understanding to drive engagment across all stakeholders.
Role can be based in Riyadh or Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
· Define user needs, identifying gaps, features enhancements and opportunities.
· Define creative, high quality, simple product roadmaps based on team strategy and vision
· Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application
· Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support load
· Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
· Work closely with engineering teams and program management to deliver products to market
· Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals

· Bachelor's Degree
· 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
· Experience with end to end product delivery
· Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
· Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
· Fluency in both Arabic and English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· MBA or similiar
· Experience in communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels across multiple business units
· Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment
· Experience shipping innovative, successful consumer products
· High attention to detail and proven track record in taking ownership, driving results and moving with speed to implement ideas in a fast-paced online environment
· Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager / owner mentality and an entrepreneurial drive; demonstrated ability to have fun and inspire
