Start Date: Immediate (Can work remotely until arrival in Saudi Arabia)
Duration: 3 months
Standard Hours: 40 hours per week
The LBS Solution Architect will:
1. Work as Customer Solution Responsible (CSR) in Ericsson CORE3 sales and delivery projects.
2. Be in close co-operation with the Ericsson Account units (AM/KAM) and with our customers.
3. Work closely with one or more customers in MU KSA.
4. Present new Products and Functionalities to Customers.
5. Design and develop complex solutions that are aligned with customer needs.
6. Clearly communicate the benefits and competitiveness of the Ericsson solution.
Job Specification
Requirements:
- Experience in Multimedia solutions, MIEP, VIG,MOIP, IPTV, Messaging and LBS/MPS.
- General knowledge of GSM, WCDMA, GPRS, SMS, SMPP, WAP, IN & Charging, VPN.
- Conversant with UNIX, JAVA, CORBA, Radius, TCP/IP, SNMP, OSA Parlay X, SOAP.
- Familiarity with Software development methodologies and the ability to scope software solutions at a high level.
- Familiarity with the following protocols CAMEL, SIP, CAI, XML, HTTP, LDAP, Web services.
- Proven consultative skills.
- Relationship management experience with 3PP vendors e.g., Logica, Oracle, SUN, Cisco, HP.
- Experience with 3PP messaging and streaming applications and common user functions, e.g. IMS, MPS, Push to talk.
- Strong in presentation and consultative skills in complex solution sales and delivery.
* Experience / understanding of one or several technologies / products used when implementing Multimedia and service layer solutions is an advantage.
