Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
1. The candidate shall support Training in implementing training policies and procedures developed for customer turnover.
2. Advise training on all matters pertaining to C4I training, including but not limited to, training requirements, problem areas, etc.
3. Assist the Training Specialists in monitoring and supporting the section supervisors in the implementation of the OJT program.
4. Review new manuals, regulations, procedures, and checklists that may impact training activities.
5. Review and update approved training courses and materials, when required
6. Provide formal or On-the-Job training to personnel, when required
7. Prepare/give presentations on training or other subjects of interest, when required
Job Specification
Qualifications
Shall have at least a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree or equivalent military experience. Instructor certification in operational or technical military specialty is required. Desktop computer skills are required.
Experience
1. The candidate shall have a minimum of fifteen (15) years combined experience in imparting formal or on-the-job training in operations and/or technical specialties.
2. The experience shall include at least five (5) years in training management or supervisory position with responsibilities for planning, directing, conducting and evaluating training activities.
3. Experience in C4I systems is highly desirable.
4. Experience in using Instructional Systems Development (ISD) methodology in course development is highly desirable.
5. Demonstrated ability to work independently, , effectively, and prioritize multiple, often conflicting tasks, is required.
