What you’ll be doing
A home textiles company in Jeddah is hiring an Accounts Data Entry Clerk.
Salary: SAR 3,500 per month, fixed and all-inclusive. No bonuses or commissions. Candidates must currently live in Jeddah, hold an iqama that allows them to work, and be available to join immediately or within days. Sponsorship transfer is not available.
Saudi work experience and prior experience with accounting software are not required; training will be provided.
- Enter daily sales and purchase invoices.
- Record customer and supplier payments.
- Update inventory records.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and simple reports.
- Work on-site during the morning shift.

What we’re looking for
- MS Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
- Accounting or bookkeeping background
- English proficiency; Arabic is a plus
- Accounting software such as Zoho, QuickBooks, Odoo, or Tally is a bonus, not required
