What you’ll be doing
Set up and operate the buffet line in Riyadh. Duties include operating chafing dishes, monitoring holding temperatures, replenishing dishes, maintaining a clean and presentable display, assisting guests, and safely breaking down the buffet area after service.
Full-time, on-site role with a morning shift. Service hours listed are 4:30 PM–12:30 AM on 1 September 2026. Requires an 8-hour standing shift and physical stamina. Salary is based on experience. No fees are charged to candidates.

What we’re looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in buffet, banquet, or catering service
- Buffet setup, including linen, skirting, risers, display arrangement, and menu signage
- Safe operation of chafing dishes and hot-holding equipment
- Temperature monitoring and recording for hot and cold holding
- Timely replenishment and food presentation
- Cross-contamination control, allergen awareness, and halal handling
- Coordination with kitchen staff and runners during service
- Guest assistance and portioning at the buffet line
- Safe breakdown, equipment return, and area cleaning
- Working English; Arabic is an advantage
- Currently living in Riyadh
- NOC from sponsor and valid Baladiya health card
