Role Overview:
- Provide legal guidance and support on commercial contracts, compliance, labor matters, and dispute resolution.
- Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts and related legal documents.
- Advise management on legal risks and regulatory requirements affecting company operations.
- Support dispute resolution, negotiations and litigation processes, including preparing documentation and coordinating with external counsel when needed.
- Ensure regulatory and corporate compliance across operations, particularly in construction and commercial matters.
What we’re looking for
- Must-have: Strong knowledge of commercial law, contract law, and labor law.
- Experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
- Ability to provide clear legal advice to management.
- Good negotiation and dispute-resolution skills.
- Strong communication and legal drafting skills.
