What you’ll be doing
SHAFONS Recruitment Services is a leading Human Resource consultancy firm located in Dubai, specializing in job placements, recruitment, employment visas, and job counseling. We are seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) with 15 years of experience to oversee our operations and drive our strategic vision.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and strategies to support business goals.
- Ensure efficient management of all operational functions, including recruitment, client relations, and compliance.
- Oversee daily operations and optimize processes to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with senior management to create and manage budgets.
