- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Enhance employee engagement and performance management practices.

What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the accounting sector.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
