HSE Officer

HSE Officer ensures all site activities comply with health, safety, and environmental standards. The role focuses on preventing accidents, promoting safe work practices, and supporting the project team in maintaining a safe construction site.

Responsibilities:

Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards and unsafe practices.

Enforce company HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Deliver toolbox talks, safety trainings, and site inductions for workers.

Monitor high-risk activities (work at height, lifting, hot work, confined spaces).

Ensure proper use of PPE and safe operation of tools and equipment.

Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.

Report and investigate incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions.

Support the implementation of risk assessments and method statements (RAMS).

Coordinate emergency response procedures and drills.
