Internship details:

  • Start date: September 2025
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Working hours: 40 h/week with flexibility (exams and holiday period)
  • Working model: hybrid/ onsite
  • Based in Sakaka (Al-Jouf) - but could also cover Hail, Qurrayat and Arar if needed

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Provide support and education to doctors, nurses, and patients on diabetes management and our products, addressing their questions and needs.
  • Participate in patient onboarding sessions and educational campaigns to improve diabetes awareness and care.
  • Manage consignment inventory in hospitals and ensure timely replenishment of used items.
  • Assist the logistics team during deliveries to ensure smooth operations.
  • Travel within the local region to extend education and support efforts.

Job Specification

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Currently in the final year of studies or recently graduated in healthcare, nutrition, health education, or a related field
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a customer-focused mindset
  • Eager to learn, develop, and grow professionally

Would be a plus:

  • Experience working with patients
  • Interest in Diabetes. Additional training or certifications in diabetes care are a strong plus.
  • Driving license
