Key Responsibilities:
Handle B2B wholesale toy sales and shop orders
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Coordinate daily with inventory and delivery teams
Achieve branch-level sales targets
Submit sales reports to head office
Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge
Iqama will be provided

Confident in closing deals and convincing clients
Knows how to upsell, cross-sell, and handle objections
Client Relationship Management
Can build and maintain long-term relationships with shop owners and B2B clients
Good follow-up and customer service approach
Communication Skills
Clear verbal and written communication (English required, Arabic is a plus)
Able to handle WhatsApp, calls, and emails with professionalism
Team Leadership
Can motivate and guide a team of sales staff
Assigns targets and supports team performance
Basic Tech & Reporting
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel, and basic stock/sales software
Can generate and share daily reports on sales, visits, and collections
Market Knowledge
Understands toy industry trends, customer preferences, and local competitors
Can gather feedback from the market and report to management
Time Management & Organization
Can manage multiple clients, visits, and reporting on a daily basis
Prioritizes tasks effectively and works under pressure
Adaptability
Willing to travel between branches or cities if needed
Flexible with tasks beyond just selling (basic stock check, invoicing, etc.)
