Operational Manager Saudi Arabia - Visa Provided

We are seeking a skilled and organized Operational Manager to oversee daily operations across our wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for process efficiency, coordination across departments, and implementing systems to streamline business operations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of warehouse, logistics, and retail activities

Monitor inventory levels and stock movement

Implement process improvements and SOPs

Coordinate between sales, accounts, and supply chain teams

Ensure timely order fulfillment (especially Amazon & website orders)

Manage vendor relationships and procurement planning

Monitor KPIs and generate operational performance reports

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Basic understanding of supply chain management.

Familiar with ERP tools (e.g., Odoo), Excel, inventory systems

Strong leadership, analytical, and multitasking skills

Must be willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia (visa provided)
