We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & Ads Manager to lead our online advertising across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Snapchat. You will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns for our toy brand to drive awareness, engagement, and sales across platforms.
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat Ads Manager.
Monitor, test, and optimize audiences, creatives, and budgets.
Analyze performance metrics such as ROAS, CPM, CTR, and conversions.
Create and manage campaign funnels for awareness, retargeting, and conversions.
Coordinate with our content team for ad creatives (videos, motion, banners).
Implement A/B testing and audience segmentation.
Generate weekly and monthly ad performance reports.
Stay updated on ad platform trends and algorithm changes.
