We are seeking a seasoned Scheduling Engineer with 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team in the staffing and recruiting industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to the team.
- Identify schedule-related risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all scheduling activities are aligned with project objectives and deadlines.
- Facilitate communication between teams to ensure efficient project execution.

- Strong expertise in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in project management principles and methodologies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
