Technical Civil Engineer
SOES, Saudi Arabia

1- Should understand all the drawings like
a) Civil Working Drawings
b) Electrical Drawings
c) Mechanical Drawings
d) Plumbing Drawings
2- Provide daily work progress report
3- Mailing running bills
4- Should have basic knowledge of computer
5- Should have knowledge of Auto Cad / Revit
6- Knowledge / Experience in PRIMAVERA / MS PROJECT will be preferred.
7- Must have experience in building constructions.
8- Minimum of 5 years Experience on a designation having above mentioned responsibilities and Technically sound.

* Can make the Quantities (Civil + Electrical + Mechanical)
* Can make MUSTAKHALIS for any project.
* Can make the TENDERING for new project.
* Can study BOQ and make Quotation.
* Can manage and control Labors and Site Foreman / Supervisors.
* Can read write speak English and Arabic.
* Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
