Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with menu specifications.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure kitchen efficiency and safety standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new recipes and menus.
- Manage inventory and control food costs effectively.
