We are Construction, Renovation and FM maintenance company. we are looking for professional Sales Engineer, who sets annual sales goals for the company and works towards achieving them with the assistance of the management.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain excellent relationship with existing clients, target new clients, well versed and updated with market conditions & competitors for pricing and target achievements.
• Have thorough Knowledge on the Construction and FM business models.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services, specifications and availability.
• Have thorough knowledge of codes and standards.
• Understand the client requirement and give complete brief about company and FM services
• Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to lead energy efficiency assessment projects in collaboration with other team members.

Job Specification
Requirements and skills
• Proven 3 to 5 years experience as a Sales Executive or relevant industry
• Proficiency in English and basic Arabic
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Power point
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
