Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production process of switchgear components.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to improve manufacturing techniques.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure adherence to standards.
- Support troubleshooting during the production phase.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and report findings.

- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits and switchgear systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CAD software is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
