**Key Responsibilities:**

**1. Video Editing:**

- Edit high-quality videos for YouTube, ensuring engaging storytelling with smooth transitions, pacing, and visual effects.

- Use animation, sound effects, and other post-production techniques to enhance video content.

- Collaborate with the content team to align the video style with the brand's tone and audience expectations.

- Ensure videos are optimized for YouTube algorithms (SEO, captions, thumbnails, etc.).

- Meet deadlines while maintaining high production quality.

**2. Thumbnail Design:**

- Create eye-catching, professional-quality thumbnails for each video that maximize click-through rates.

- Use color theory, typography, and imagery to design compelling visuals aligned with video themes.

- Keep up with current trends and best practices for YouTube thumbnail design.

- A/B test thumbnails to analyze their performance and adapt as needed.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Video Editor and/or Thumbnail Designer, preferably in YouTube content creation.

- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar editing and design tools.

- Strong sense of visual storytelling and attention to detail.

- Understanding of YouTube's platform, algorithms, and SEO best practices.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
