Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role and we are looking for candidates who have at least 3 Years of experience in a similar field in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for seeking out, meeting, and consulting with clients, understanding their needs, presenting, and proposing solutions that match the client's needs, and closing deals. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, as well as reaching out to new leads and clients to expand the customer base of the company.


  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, fit-out, and decoration sectors.
  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their construction needs. • Obtain and compile data on market trends, competitive products, and pricing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies tailored to fit-out construction and decoration projects.
  • Analyze market trends and identify areas for business expansion in the construction, fit-out, and decoration segments.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our construction, fit-out, and decoration products and services.
  • Effectively communicate the features and aesthetic benefits of our offerings to potential clients.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotes for fit-out construction and decoration projects.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with clients for fit-out construction and decoration projects, ensuring profitability.
  • Close sales and facilitate a smooth handover to project teams.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the company's presence in fit-out construction and decoration.
  • Generate leads and establish partnerships with key players in the fit-out and decoration sectors.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in fit-out construction and decoration.
  • Provide valuable insights to the management team for strategic decision-making.
