• Reports to Project Manager on site operationally and functionally reporting to the HO Safety Manager
• Good leadership qualities & Supervisory skills to offer guidance, coaching and supervision to subordinates.
• He should be familiar in the development of HSE Plans, HSE Procedures, Risk Assessment, JHA’s / AHA’s, etc. ·
• Understanding in ‘Root-Cause Analysis’ for Accidents Investigations at work place. ·
• Compiling statistical data on man hours of a project. ·
• Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.

• Should have university degree or equivalent with minimum of ten (10) years of direct experience in the field of Health, Safety & Environment, as a HSE Manager.
• Should have internationally recognized certifications, such as NEBOSH; OSHA; IOSH, etc.
