• Shall monitor all quality related activities on the project. ·
• Shall ensure that the project quality objectives are identified, documented and made available with all work groups in compliance with the project QMS requirements. ·
• Should be familiar with all industry quality standard procedures and will have experience of implementing quality control processes within construction companies. ·
• Shall Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements ·
• Shall monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system and to recommend and implement improvements when required. ·
• Should be able to Interface with client’s construction supervisors and QC personnel to deal with Specific issues. ·
• Shall identify the relevant quality-related training needs. ·
• Shall prepare the quality management reports. ·
• Shall allocate work to all the Quality Supervisors and control them. ·
• Shall monitor the quality performance of all the third party inspection agencies. ·
• Evaluate all project QA/QC employees through performance reviews, ongoing coaching and feedback method. ·
• Should be able to Interface with startup/operations to ensure clear understanding of project quality requirements. ·
• Shall ensure the effective implementation of non-conformance, corrective action, and preventive action management processes.·
• Should have an excellent understanding of systems, processes and ISO standards. ·
• Should have excellent report writing, data analysis and multi tasking skills. ·
• Should have excellent communication skills and English language skills. ·
• Report to the Head office on performance of the project QMS and any need for improvement.

• QA/QC Manager will have min. 10 to 15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas & Refinery
• Degree in any discipline, with additional qualification in Welding/Civil/Elect etc.
