Control Valves Services Technician is capable of independently handling activities related valve overhauling, repair, assembly and testing of manual (on/off), safety relief and control valves, fittings and perform coordinated work alongside team of valve technicians.

Characterization Involve and participate independently overhaul, repair, assemble and testing/calibration of manual, relief and control valves, fittings. The work will be carried out both in shop and at customer sites.
Result area’s1. Inspections, Checks & Overhauls Carrying out visual inspections, checks and condition of all types of valves (on/off isolation, safety relief and control valves) Dissemble, clean valve components, inspect, repair/overhaul valves as per standard procedures repairing. Maintenance ,and replacement of all instruments(control system, electrical/pneumatic valves, thermocouples Setting up and testing of all types of valves, and fittings Completion of valves assembly works (installation and extending said equipment on site at customers’ premises) calibration of all controlling equipment’s ,controlling loop designing Install, repair, and maintain mechanical regulating and controlling devices, such as electric meters, gas regulators, thermostats, safety and flow valves, and other mechanical governors.
- Disassemble and repair mechanical control devices or valves, such as regulators, thermostats, or hydrants, using power tools, hand tools, and cutting torches.
2. Administration & reporting Responsible for the reporting all finding, operations, processing of each completed task (repair scope, inspection, test and overhaul reports) to Supervisor
3. Customer contact Responsible for the technical feedback about the job status to the Supervisor
