Job Description
- The Candidate works at the Sales Depot level and has in charge of a territory controlled by the depot.
- The Candidate has to be aware of all the factors that may affect sales in the territory.
- The Candidate has to understand the local customs and economics of the distribution channel in order to take decisions for effective stock distribution of products and coverage by the salesmen.
- Sound knowledge of selling techniques and sales administration processes.
- The Candidate has to command the leadership of his sales team in order to lead them to attain the sales objectives.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Sales Distribution Industry (Dairy, Multinational food/Beverage) Company with similar role.
Job Specification
Qualifications : Atleast Graduate, MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred.
Experience : At least 5 years of sales experience including 2 years of demonstrated track record of field sales, Must in FMCG industry or preferably in the Dairy Industry.
Skills : Strong selling skills, good communication skills in English and Arabic (Preferred), excellent presentation skills, strong supervisory skills.
AGE : 30-40 years.
Genuine Driving Licence Holder. (LTV Preferred)
